Details: Gateway Group Personnel is a contingency and retained search firm that specializes in the search and placement of professionals in the accounting, finance, sales and human resource disciplines.  Our firm has been in practice since 1984 servicing a diversified, national client base successfully placing candidates at every level.  We have membership in the Pinnacle Society (the nation’s premier consortium of 75 top recruiters in the search and placement industry) and other national affiliations that allow us to provide better opportunities to our candidates.  Our firm consists of two divisions: Permanent Search & Placement and Temporary Staffing.  Due to increased demand of our services, we are looking to grow our team.  Research Consultant (Permanent Search & Placement) – This position will introduce the fast-paced recruiting industry to a driven, ambitious individual that is seeking an opportunity to combine their sales abilities with a professional service.  Responsibilities will include gathering information for Senior Recruiters on target companies / candidates, interviewing and qualifying candidates interests via phone and in-office meetings, research market data and pull together relevant correspondence.  The successful candidate should have a professional phone presence and be comfortable with speaking with all levels of individuals (staff to executive).  Accounting knowledge would be beneficial.   Staffing Consultant (Temporary Staffing) – This position requires a dynamic sales individual who can stay organized with a busy desk.  Each of our staffing consultants is responsible for capturing business from new and existing accounts to attain billable hours, as well as perform the full cycle recruiting, interviewing and placement of temporary personnel in accounting and administrative disciplines.    The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under tight deadlines, and offer excellent customer service.  Preference will be given to candidates with two or more years experience staffing professional level clients / candidates in accounting and executive administration.
